1Up Box – June 2015 – “Arcade”

The other week my 1Up Box came in and it was a bit…empty. I’m happy to say that they sent me an update. I have to say that I was very pleased with the response I got when I contacted them about my predicament.

Can I just call you Awesome? Hopefully, it isn’t too informal. I mean, we’re just getting to know each other and all.

I wanted to see if there was any chance that I could get a replacement June 2015 1Up Box. Unfortunately, mine arrived at my doorstep completely empty:

I would like to think that the contents for the June 2015 “Arcade” box were soooooo good that wily thieves couldn’t help themselves.

In all seriousness, is there any recourse that I might take to either get a replacement box or a credit on my account?

Sorry about the damaged box. While we carefully pack each box, there’s always a slight chance that USPS will damage it during transit.

We will have the missing item shipped out to you ASAP.
