Final Thoughts
Loot Crate is always an interesting box to get. You can get an uneven experience or you can get something that is absolutely stellar and blows your mind. Over the past two boxes they’ve been great hitting up the Heroes 2 and Villains 2 themes. You can’t keep going back to the well so when they introduced the “Summon” theme I was a little wary of it.
Opening the box and seeing that big yellow face really changes your perception of things, though. Getting a Pikachu hat is always a good way to start off. The rest of the box didn’t knock my socks off but the friends who received some of the contents, such as the Supernatural car, were very appreciative and happy.
Ergo, after riding a high for the past few months this September crate was a decent offering that didn’t tank. I knew that it wouldn’t a stellar box but I was very pleased that it wasn’t a stinker. It was, in two words, adequately fulfilling.
