Woohoo! I finally got my DekaBox from SkoshBox! The interesting thing about this is that the DekaBox costs twice as much as the original SkoshBox. But was it worth it? Take a look at the contents of of our June Original SkoshBox ($12/month that automatically renews with free shipping in the US) and compare it to the amount and quality of the following $24 DekaBox.

Final thoughts
I was pretty interested in getting this box because I mistakenly ordered the original, smaller box last month. The original box contained sample sized snacks and treats whereas the Deka is contains larger, full sized snacks and treats. I was also excited because sometimes you get a treat. Well, the box arrived and the contents were ‘ok’. It didn’t really knock my socks off and I’m not sure that I get twice what the original box was worth. This is especially true if you look at the website and compare the contents of the box!
I’m just not sure about this particular box. I want this to excite me more than it has. I was pretty interested that it included the list of ingredients for each snack so if anyone wanted to make a conscientious decision about what they’re putting in their body the could.
How does this compare to the other boxes? The Japan Crate and the Tokyo Treat? We’ll take a look at that in a few more posts. So far, I can say I’m hoping that my next DekaBox excites me even more.
